Abstract, full paper and presentation requirements

Abstract Submission

  • The abstract must not exceed 500 words.
  • Use the headings Objective, Methodology and Key Findings, followed by 4–6 keywords.
  • Use the prescribed ICDF 2027 abstract template.

Full Paper Submission

  • Only authors of accepted abstracts may submit a full paper.
  • The paper must not exceed 5,000 words or six pages, including references, tables, figures and appendices.
  • Use the prescribed ICDF 2027 full-paper template.
  • All submissions must be in English.
  • The work must be original, unpublished, not under consideration elsewhere and compliant with applicable research and publication ethics.

Plagiarism and Similarity

The overall similarity index must not exceed 10%, excluding references, quotations and commonly used technical terms. Submissions will be screened, and content that breaches ethical standards may be rejected.

Presentation Requirements

At least one author must present the accepted paper in person, through either an oral or poster presentation. For an organiser-supported paper, the first author must attend and present in person.

Manuscript Preparation and Review

Authors must follow the prescribed template and meet all deadlines. The Organising Committee may request revisions, and failure to comply with formatting, ethical or submission requirements may affect acceptance.

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be considered for the official conference proceedings with ISBN and DOI through a reputed publisher to be announced later. Publication is subject to peer review, publisher guidelines, conference registration and all applicable publication requirements.
