Original research papers and posters aligned with the ICDF 2027 theme

ICDF 2027 invites original, unpublished research papers and posters from academicians, researchers, industry professionals, students and practitioners. Please avoid submitting review papers.

Pre-Conference Workshop: 26 January 2027. The title and other information will be updated soon.
Travel and Accommodation: Travel and accommodation for paper presenters from India and abroad whose papers are selected shall be provided by the conference organisers. The Organising Committee reserves the exclusive right to determine paper selection for presentation. When a paper has multiple authors, the organisers will cover only one author who presents in person. Co-authors' expenses remain their individual responsibility.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The International Conference on Designing the Future (ICDF 2027) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, ethical research and professional conduct. All stakeholders, including authors, reviewers, editors, committee members, speakers and participants, are expected to uphold these principles throughout the submission, review, publication and presentation processes.

Ethics for Authors

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All sources must be acknowledged properly.
  • Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, inappropriate image manipulation and misrepresentation are prohibited.
  • Every listed author must have made a meaningful contribution and approved the final manuscript.
  • Required ethical approvals, informed consent and permissions must be obtained before submission.

Ethics for Reviewers

  • Reviews must be objective, fair and confidential, and based on academic merit, originality, relevance and rigour.
  • Submission information must remain confidential and must not be used for personal advantage.
  • Reviewers must disclose conflicts of interest and decline assignments when impartiality may be affected.

Ethics for the Editorial Committee

  • The committee will uphold integrity, transparency and quality.
  • Decisions will be based on academic merit without discrimination.
  • The committee will maintain fair peer review, confidentiality and conflict-of-interest safeguards, and will investigate suspected misconduct.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

AI tools may be used for language improvement, coding or other support, but authors remain fully responsible for their work. AI tools may not be listed as authors. Any substantial use of AI-generated content must be disclosed.

Publication Malpractice

ICDF 2027 has zero tolerance for plagiarism, duplicate submission, fabrication, falsification, authorship misconduct, citation manipulation, copyright infringement and undisclosed conflicts of interest. Suspected violations will be investigated and may result in rejection, withdrawal, notification to relevant institutions or other appropriate sanctions.
