Travel and accommodation only for the Paper presenters (both India and International) of the selected papers shall be provided by the conference organizers. The Organising Committee reserves the exclusive right to determine paper selection for presentation. In the event that a paper has multiple authors, the organization shall accommodate the cost of only one author who will be presenting in-person. Any expenses incurred by co-authors shall not be borne by the organization and will remain the responsibility of the respective individuals
